HK TRIP - 9 JAN '09 [Day 1]
Leaving S'pore always makes me feel kinda uneasy, maybe cos i've got the impression that i'll never come back kinda thing, but dude! you've got to look at all the possibilities! you know, different points of views :D that's what the school teaches us. Planes; they're...fine, actually. just that once in awhil (long while), i get pretty queasy, cos i'm claustrophobic, that's why i need movies to occupy me --> I WATCHED THE DUCHESS of Davenshire(?). pretty intriguing story, sad, happy, romantic thing! you should watch it, i was really hoping to watch Angus Thongs & Perfect Snogging though ]: not out yet!! HK's airport is pretty blend, it's all grey. Travelators are cool! Whatever. i had to wake up @ 6am & yukiko forgot to bring her socks -.- so i had to bring 2 for pairs for her, hahaha. very loser, like elizabeth :D LOL. oh, flight was 4hours+ or so, i think. there're so many NYPS kids la! they frighten me; the quantity! well, took a bus to the hotel & slept throughout. they've got like stoney mountains & grassy mountains & tree-y mountains, like damn hairy like that la O_O lol. the hotel's pretty nice, just that we got the room last, cos it wasn't available -.- so we dumped out bags in Coach's room & LUNCH! in this restaurant nearby, we over-corwded & jammed up the place la! so fun. we over-ate cos there was so much food like ZOMBG (zo, my bloddy gosh! lol.) & they dumped (literally) us dabao styrofoam boxes & bags, lol. came b ack, still bo room ]: dude, the guy said 5mins la, want me to wait how long? anw, we had 30min to get ready; we were meeting @ the lobby; 4.30pm, to the stadium. & it was freaking cold, it's bad enough & the wind came...WHOOOSH! it's like..you feel really empty, lol. long (& freezing) walk to the stadium, talking non-stop to Rachel, pangseh-ed my dad for awhile, lol /: cos there as no one to really talktalk to. (& i enjoy talking, you see..) the stadium reminds me of CCK stadium, although...they don't look alike. we did 'warm-ups', we weren't warm, but i sweat :D A MIRACLE! lol, but it made me really cold. the win's strong, yo! oh, when we took off out sweatshirt & pants. IT SUCKED! freaking cold la & i couldn't stio kaughing when i did my 1st start-off, cos it felt like i wasn't wearing anything & it's like damn exposed, lol. anw, did a few sprints & baton passing :D it worked out well. oh, i've got a cough & flu...sore throat's fibe & i'm still on medication /: kinda annoying & the flou keeps running out, so embarassing la...like i'm the only loser in the whole stadium blowing her nose & leaving balls of tissue paper next to her shoe bag! ee-ish. oh, we talked to Hongkies, Nat & i! this whole place's drying my skin up la, i can totally feel it ]: IT'S TERRIBLE. i'm really so sad la, all my moisturising efforts gone to waste! oh, it's great to train here (although you feel like you're only wearing undies & your throat's damn dry & cold), cos you don't really feel tired & @ the end of training, you don't sweat! lol. nothing at all. free air-con, but got damn bad air pollution, the road stinks la -.- stupid buses & red lights. i almost got knocked down cos i was 2sec late & the bus zoomed! STUPID LA. (i forgot to bring eyedrop!) i intend to write one every night & post it back home! exciting, isn't it? it's like 11pm now, i think, phone's charging. tmr's 4 x 100m @ 4.30pm (damn cold one, i tell 'chew) & i took a picture of the toilet bowl in the hotel for Eliza! i told her i'll get her a toilet bowl cover! haha. Adios, my friends, i need to peeee. i'm still spamming water, haha!
